I’ve worked on multiple commercial projects using this hoist, and it’s been flawless. The electric lift is smooth and responsive, and the 1,100 lb capacity handles all our gear. A reliable partner on any job site.

I’ve used this lift on multiple job sites, and safety has never been a concern. The platform locks securely, and the controls are simple to operate. It’s become an essential tool for our high-reach tasks.

This platform is a lifesaver for indoor maintenance. It reaches 5 meters with ease, holds heavy tools, and stays stable the whole time. The electric lift is smooth, and it folds away neatly when not in use.

To start the lift, press the power button on the remote control once, then press the lift button twice. Next, long-press the power button on the control panel for 3 seconds. If the lift still doesn't start, check all cables to ensure they are properly connected — especially the main power cable, as connections can sometimes come loose during shipping or initial setup.
Check that the battery is charged and properly connected, and ensure the display cable is secure. If the lift beeps when powered but the alarm button doesn’t respond, try the backup remote. If the display still won’t turn on, the control system or display may need replacement.
If the motor stops working, first check whether you were using the remote or manual controls and whether the display shows an error code. If there’s no error code, ensure the remote and sensor cables are securely connected. If the remote control fails, we will provide a replacement remote; if the manual controls fail, we will send a replacement control panel. If an error code appears, please share it so we can offer specific troubleshooting steps. If the motor stops under heavy load, it may be due to the platform’s safety system activating to prevent damage from overload or overheating—this is normal and part of the built-in protection.
If there’s an error code on the display, please share it so we can provide specific troubleshooting steps. If no error code appears, check that the motor cable is securely connected. Also, ensure the battery is charged and the height setting is within the specified range. Then test the manual controls on the platform—if the motor works manually, the remote likely needs to be replaced; if it doesn’t, the motor system itself may require inspection.
To identify the cause of a charging issue, first determine whether the problem is with the battery or the charger. Start by connecting the charger to the battery and observing the indicator light: a red light means charging, while green means fully charged. If the light stays red or green constantly, the charger may be faulty and should be replaced. If the charger appears to function correctly, use a multimeter to check the battery voltage—if it's below the specified minimum, the battery may be damaged and require replacement.
If the platform stops working, first check that the total load—including workers, tools, and materials—does not exceed the 800kg (1,764 lbs) limit. Next, ensure the platform hasn’t reached its upper or lower height limit, as it will stop automatically when triggered. Also, check for any physical obstructions that may be blocking movement. Lastly, remember that the platform’s safety system may stop operation if sensors detect unsafe conditions—this is normal and intended for protection.
